  • Job Summary:
  • We are looking for a skilled and passionate WordPress Developer with a strong foundation in web development. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in developing custom themes and plugins from scratch, follows best practices in coding, and understands how to leverage WordPress as a powerful CMS platform. Passion, proactivity, and a sense of responsibility are essential qualities for this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins from scratch using clean, hand-coded solutions.
  • Build responsive and high-performing websites following best development practices.
  • Utilize strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and PHP to create custom features and layouts.
  • Understand and implement the WordPress hook paradigm to ensure efficient and scalable solutions.
  • Work with page builders (e.g., Elementor, GeneratePress, Visual Composer) when needed and create custom elements where required.
  • Optimize website performance, caching, SEO, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, communicate clearly, and take initiative to solve problems proactively.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong experience with WordPress development, including building themes and plugins from scratch.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and PHP.
  • Knowledge of WordPress architecture, hooks, and best practices.
  • Ability to work with page builder tools and utility plugins (contact forms, caching, SEO, etc.).
  • Good command of English (perfect grammar not required, but must understand context well).
  • A proactive and responsible mindset, with a genuine passion for web development.

  • Bonus Points:
  • Experience with popular productivity plugins and tools for WordPress.
  • Demonstrated ability to go beyond "just delivering work" and provide solutions that improve results.
