- We are looking for a highly energetic talents, people oriented, with a customer centric mindset and serving attitude to be part of our Solution & Inbound Marketing Team who will be in charge in:
- Designing innovative/solution to fulfil client's requirements,
- Driving end-to-end program innovation, either existing program improvement or new program creation,
- Ensuring impactful and high-quality products and solutions through cross-functional collaboration,
- Closely engage with coaches/faculties and manage their capacity development,
- Qualification:
- Female / Male 27 - 35 years old,
- Bachelor's degree in management business, Sociology, Psychology, Business Administration, or others, and master's degree in business majors is preferable,
- Min. 2-4 years working experience, preferably working in consulting industry and handle product management, product development, or product improvement,
- Have experience as a leader min. 2 years,
- Proficient in speaking and writing in English,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Strong analytical and leadership skills,
- Dare to face challenges and agile to deal with rapid change,
- Willing to be assigned to expanded roles,
- Ready to handle projects from various industries [i.e., banking, insurance, telecommunication, mining, construction, etc.],
- Ready to Join in December 2024!
