- Requirements:
- - Bachelor Degree, preferably with Building Material background (Civil/Architecture).
- - Minimum 1 year experience as Project Sales (Sanitary / Building Material).
- - Preferably from building material industry or construction/architectural industry.
- - Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- - Strong presentation skill.
- - Strong communication and negotiation skill.
- Job Description:
- - Develop strong relationships with architects, developers, and consultants to gather information regarding ongoing projects.
- - Visit ongoing project sites as well as prospect clients to introduce company's products.
- - Provide and support sales team for existing and ongoing projects when required.
- - Handle store sales activities (toko/showroom), including serving walk-in customers.
- - Ensure product display, stock availability, and store administration are well managed.
- - Achieve sales target as assigned by the company.
- - Provide action-based solutions to maintain effective sales plan
