- Lead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with brand business objectives.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, traditional media, events, etc.).
- Collaborate with creative, content, and Activation teams to ensure campaigns are innovative,engaging & inline with brand objective.
- Analyze consumer behavior, audience insights, and media trends to refine marketing strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing planners and strategists.
- Act as a key advisor to leadership on strategic marketing initiatives and business growth opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with internal departments, clients, and external partners to drive synergy and collaboration.
- Create Inisiative to get new revenue stream.
- Minimum Qualifications: Minimum min 5 years of experience in strategic marketing, brand management, or marketing planning, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Additional certifications in marketing strategy, digital marketing, or business analytics are advantageous.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Experience in integrated marketing, including digital, social media, offline, performance marketing and event.
- Familiarity with budget planning and ROI measurement for marketing campaigns.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders.
- Highly analytical, creative, and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic industries with a strong adaptability to change
