We are looking for a highly energetic talents, people oriented, with a customer centric mindset and serving attitude to be part of our Solution and Inbound Management who will be in charge inc
1. Designing innovative/solution to fulfil client's requirements,
2. Driving end-to-end program innovation, either existing program improvement or new program creation,
3. Ensuring impactful and high-quality products and solutions through cross-functional collaboration,
4. Closely engage with coaches/faculties and manage their capacity development,
Creating inbound marketing strategy and leading end-to-end marketing activities.
Qualification:
1. Female / Male 27-35 years old,
2. Bachelor's degree in management business, Psychology, Business Administration, or others, and master's degree in business majors is preferable,
3. Min. 2-4 years working experience, preferably working in consulting industry and handle product management, product development, or product improvement,
4. Have experience as a leader min. 2 years,
5. Proficient in speaking and writing in English,
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
7. Strong analytical and leadership skills,
8. Dare to face challenges and agile to deal with rapid change,
9. Willing to be assigned to expanded roles,
10. Ready to handle projects from various industries [i.e., banking, insurance, telecommunication, mining, construction, etc.].
11. Ready to Join in September 2025
