Deskripsi pekerjaan :
- * Bachelor Degree of Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- * 1-3 years experience as IT Business Analyst (having experience in healthcare industry are preferred)
- * In-depth knowledge of requirement specifications and development, process flows, and developing business use case scenarios.
- * Sound knowledge in understanding business process, customer journey, evaluate bottle necks and identify improvements in the processes
- * Good analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, proficient in dealing with people
- * Has a good understanding of IT Product Development and Project Management
- * Having the right interpersonal and consultative skillsets (Good communication skill to build and maintain customer relationships)
- * Experienced in system testing (as user representative) and hold UAT session
- Full time WFO in SCBD Area & willingness to travel to sites, if needed.
