Job Description
- Recruitment & Team Expansion: Recruit and develop a minimum of 10 team members who align with the company's values.
- Training & Development: Conduct online product knowledge and sales training for new and existing team members.
- Team Leadership & Management: Mentor and oversee the team's daily activities.
- Sales & Revenue Accountability: Ensure team sales reach a minimum of IDR 100,000,000 per month.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Implement sales campaigns and marketing strategies.
- Marketing & Lead Generation: Assist in social media marketing efforts and collaborate with the marketing department.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track team KPIs and submit regular performance reports.
Requirement
- Minimum 1-3 year of proven experience in leadership, team management, sales, or marketing.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and guide a sales team effectively.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic online marketing is an added advantage. Must possess own Laptop/PC for daily operations.
- Preferably female applicants with a proactive attitude and commitment to performance. Must be an Indonesian Citizen (with valid identification).
